If you are the parent of one of our middle or high school students an you are thinking of adding a mini class to their Providence day please let us know as soon as possible. Some of our mini's are filling up and some might now be held due to low enrollment. Over the next few days some of the tutors will give a quick peek at their winter curriculum!

Adding Classes & New Students
Hello World,
We have space in most of the 2nd semester classes. If you would like to add any of the mini classes there are a few seats available as well. Please make your choices before January 8. You can add by email request if you use ADDING A CLASS as your subject heading.
We have a few new students joining in January. Parents of Pre K - 6th grade students please let your children know that they may have new classmates.

On Holiday Break!
Hello World,
It is true, we are not here. Classes will be in session on January 8, 2016. Second semester tuition payments are also due at that time. Please refer to the invoice sent in September or the the most recent reminder for your balance.
There is no lunch bunch on January 8th.
All 2nd semester middle and high school classes start on January 8th.
High School drama, health, and 21st Century Home Ec mini classes start their 3rd session on January 8th.
If you are logged into your providencetutorial.info email account please check out the bulletin board for activities and invitations as posted by other Providence families. The curriculum / misc swap and sale board is also up and running.
Our weather policies are found on the landing page of the "Help! (for parents)" website, aka our private site.

Yes this is the Friday for holiday parties! Check with each instructor to see for specific requests or requirements.
We are peanut free this year. Please.

High Schoolers Take Notice
Hello World,
Ok high school mini session students you know you don't have class in December but do you know what you are going to do during that time? If you do Great! let us know. If you do not know what you are going to do for those two weeks please contact us for a few suggestions. We have big plans for December 4 & 11 and can use a little help making sure the days run smoothly.
December 4th is our staff holiday party. We will need a little help setting up and decorating the tables. December 11 is among other things our art show. We can use help arraigning art work. We also could use a few greeters to welcome guest into the building and directing them to the right location.

Curriculum swap & More

If you have found your way here than you have made it to our private site! Welcome! This is a place where you can freely post and comment on things related to Providence or that might be of interest to our community. We cannot allow business cards or the sale of goods ... it gets complicated. Our focus is on the kids.
If your child's sports team is looking for new members this would be fine. This is a great place to arrange a park day or museum outing and things of that sort. All comments are moderated so leave as much lead time as you can it maybe a few days before a comment is added.

Friday's forecast is for Sunny skies!

The forecast looks good for Friday but the gym classes should still prepare to be out in breezy weather. All Toastmasters that want to participate in our scheduled brunch should bring an item to share with the group. Nothing with peanuts! Students with peanut allergies that you in advance.
